In the words of Taylor Swift, ‘I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling 22’. Two years into my twenties, half of which was spent in Canada, the other in good old England finishing my degree.
Twenty one wasn’t a bad year, twenty was a great year, twenty two I hope you become pretty fantastic. This year I have some decisions to make, mostly relating to what I want to do after I graduate and I’m no longer a student as of the 22nd July – does this mean I am an adult now then? Normally, I would set myself some goals of what I want to achieve, but this year I am just going to go with the flow. Who knows where I will be this time next year. Will I be in a graduate job in an office in London somewhere? Will I do a masters? Will I get a job in sport? Will I be working in fashion? Maybe I have travelled more. Who knows, and it really is something that you can’t predict, but it is something I am looking forward to. Also, now I’m 22, I am no longer going to be scared of going on Tinder dates because I am fed up of being single, and plus who knows it might create some interesting blog content.
Anyway, here’s to twenty two, and bye to twenty one.
